Chris Cacavas (ex-Green on Red) to play with The Plastic Pals in Stockholm
It´s a right honour for us Plastic Pals to welcome the man who´s basically played with everybody worth mentioning: Green on Red, The Dream Syndicate, Danny & Dusty, Giant Sand, Calexico, the list goes on… Chris Cacavas comes to Stockholm for the first time since the 80´s for an exclusive show with The Plastic Pals at Skål (near Hornstull) Saturday January 21 at 7 pm.
The show is divided in two parts. First Chris Cacavas, who has produced The Pals soon to be released album, will play keyboards with The Plastic Pals. After that Cacavas will play his exquisite solo material, backed by The Plastic Pals.
We are totally convinced this will be a fine fine evening and hope you can make it.

Btw… as a little curiosity, here´s a behind the scenes video clip from Studio White Lodge in Ludwigsburg, Germany November 2010. Plastic Pals choir boys Anders Sahlin and Bengt Alm trying out harmonies for a tune called “Miracles” and Cacavas stepping in giving instructions for an idea for the backing vocal part:
